I act for housing associations and not-for-profit organisations on the charging of their assets in order to raise money from banks, institutional funders and the capital markets. I also work closely with our funding team assisting with conventional funding projects as well as more complex projects including bonds and private placements.
I trained with Anthony Collins Solicitors and was a paralegal in our property department prior to starting my training contract in 2015. As well as experience of securitisation and the charging of assets for housing associations, I also have experience of advising on governance arrangements and acting on merger and group consolidation projects.
