My role

I am a solicitor at Anthony Collins in the property team. I advise registered providers and not-for-profit organisations in relation to the securitisation of assets associated with bond issues, debt capital markets transactions, private placements, revolving credit facilities and ‘top up’ exercises.

My experience

During my training, I completed seats in commercial litigation, funding and governance. I therefore have a broad understanding of the social housing sector and the issues facing registered providers, particularly in the context of governance and funding issues.

Prior to my training contract, I worked within the securitisation team as team leader.
