My position at Anthony Collins Solicitors focuses on acting for a range of public bodies, registered providers and charities, primarily dealing with residential and commercial development. This typically involves the acquisition, sale or lease of property.
I have experience in acting for private individuals as well as developers from the outset of transactions (whether that be from option, joint venture or conditional/unconditional contracts), to the finance of the site, through any infrastructure or planning agreements, and ultimately to the plot site set-up and disposal of the site. I use this experience to assist our clients in the acquisition and disposal of development stock and real estate.
