I advise on the sales and purchases of residential properties on behalf of third-sector organisations such as faith and charity clients.

My experience

Since I qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2002 I have worked with a number of large regional law firms and also some high street practices. I have mainly worked in Birmingham and the Midlands area, I did spend a number of years in the South East but decided to return to Birmingham in 2022. My work has included the set-up and sales of large residential development sites, all matters concerning residential properties, telecommunications and science park leases, ecclesiastical property, and residential property finance.
