My role
I advise on all aspects of finance, including social housing, property, and asset finance. I have acted for UK and international clients including housing associations, corporates, public-sector borrowers, national and challenger banks, and other funders. I specialise in, amongst others, project finance, property finance (both investment and development), restructurings, ESG and sustainability-linked finance, and green loans with a particular interest and specialism in the housing sector.
My experience
I am proud to be recognised as an Associate to Watch in the 2024 Chambers and Partners legal directory and to have been named one of the Top 10 Influential UK Finance Lawyers in the Social Housing sector this year (2023). I have also been named a Raising Star in the Legal 500, 2024.
As a senior associate in the governance, funding and commercial team, I specialise in project finance, local government finance and grants, social housing, and property development finance, amongst others. Specific areas of focus include bilateral and syndicated term and/or revolving credit facility agreements, refinancing, grant agreements, note purchase agreements, private placements as well as securitisation of the assets, property and any related inter-creditor issues including those of debt subordination and security priority ranking.
