Responding to a serious incident
We have significant experience in supporting housing providers following serious incidents (such as the death of a resident or a dangerous occurrence) – advising on factors such as the initial remedial actions to ensure safety, planning and commencing an internal investigation, notifying regulators, communications with employees and Trade Unions, and handling media enquiries. We can then also provide advice and representation in respect of any regulatory investigations, prosecutions and Inquests arising from the incident.
