Award winner in corporate law and commercial litigation.
I assist with a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including: shareholders rights and agreements; business transfers; mergers and acquisitions; corporate reconstruction and refinancing; company formation and restructuring; and company secretarial, administration, and directors’ duties and liabilities.
I joined Anthony Collins Solicitors in 2016, as a newly qualified Solicitor. My experience covers a wide range of governance and commercial matters, but specifically advising: a major high street bank in relation to their finances with a number of healthcare professionals, including dental practices and care homes; in the share sale of a chain of garden centres for a sale price in excess of £1.8 million; and a large accountancy firm on their reorganisation to include the sale of shares with reference to a net asset value formula, company buy back with multiple completions and the allotment on new shares.
Whilst in training, I received awards for corporate law and commercial litigation expertise, from the University of Buckingham and De Montfort University respectively.
