What is it about?
More and more local authorities are considering insourcing services; something highlighted by both the recent Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) report and the stance the Labour Party have announced. This conference covers the key issues to consider before, during and after the insourcing process, and includes advice from local authority speakers with practical experience, as well as lawyers from Anthony Collins Solicitors.
Our recent e-briefing on legal insourcing for local government authorities can be found here.
