The final instalment of our annual housing management update webinars held this Autumn will focus on non-litigation updates. It will cover changes in legislation, regulation and best practice relating to both tenants and leaseholders over the past 12 months including new Regulations under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Please note this session will not cover service charges which was covered in our annual service charge update earlier this year.
