The great resignation is a reality in the housing sector and not just a trendy hashtag! The purpose of this webinar is to address what housing providers can do to buck this trend right from the start of the employment journey. We will look at effective and lawful recruitment practices, and what can be done to attract the best people before moving on to look at what can be done to address ongoing issues with employees to hold on to them when the going gets tough and/or the grass appears greener working for a competitor. Our head of pensions will give useful insight into the role of pension provision which is a key part of this retention piece in the housing sector. Based on a case study, this webinar will be sector-specific and offer both legal and practical insights.
