A partner providing strategic business advice on commercial and intellectual property issues.
At Anthony Collins Solicitors I advise on contentious and non-contentious commercial and intellectual property (IP) work. I present and lead client workshops on brand range of IP issues and advise clients across the private, public and third sectors. My role allows me to work closely with a number of key clients to provide strategic business advice on commercial and IP issues, particularly IP due diligence, re-branding and maximising the exploitation of clients’ IP rights.
Prior to joining Anthony Collins Solicitors I gained extensive experience at two major, UK law firms. This experience has allowed me to continue to develop and support clients across a variety of issues, also supporting with franchising arrangements. Working with clients across sectors enables me to provide different and innovative solutions to clients. This is supported by my election as an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Patent Agents.
