My role
I am a legal assistant in the property team and work closely with Lucy Worrall who is a partner in the department.
My experience
I have worked in the property legal sector for over five years. I have previously acted for a variety of clients including registered providers, charitable organisations, private clients and public sector bodies, with a real focus on development and real estate work.
In particular, I have experience in dealing with:
– property due diligence
– multi-million-pound development site acquisitions and disposals
– section agreements for high profile clients, including Homes England
– phased completions as part of larger acquisition matters
More recently I have been involved in commercial and residential developments for private developers.
A large part of my role also focuses on completions and post-completion duties, including stamp duty land tax and land registry applications.
