My role is to provide corporate transactional advice to clients of all sectors who may be involved in buying, selling or restructuring businesses or business units, whether in the public or private sector.

My experience

I have 17 years of experience in advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters, ranging from simple terms and conditions and more complex trading contracts, to complex corporate transactions. More recently, I’ve focussed on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and corporate restructuring.
