I have 17 years of experience in advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters, ranging from simple terms and conditions and more complex trading contracts, to complex corporate transactions. More recently, I’ve focussed on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and corporate restructuring.
