Course outline – TUPE masterclass

This masterclass provides a detailed but practical understanding of TUPE and its application. The law may be dry and hard to understand, but this training, based on a sector-specific case study running throughout, focuses on the practicalities of the TUPE process, giving delegates a better understanding of the process and tools to unpick some of the trickier issues.

The training is intended for HR professionals who are part of the TUPE process but not necessarily involved in the commercial decisions or transactions. Basic knowledge of TUPE is preferable.

The masterclass is tailored to your needs and can last between three to five hours depending on the level of detail that is required.

Cost: The exact cost will be dependent on the length and complexity of the agreed masterclass and will be between £1,500 – £2,500 plus VAT.
