Our Regeneration Toolkit
Our Regeneration Toolkit is designed to guide local authorities through every step of the decision-making process – from identifying an area in need of regeneration to project design, obtaining planning permission, and hiring third-party contractors to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Backed by a team of specialists, Anthony Collins is helping to kick-start regeneration projects by working hand-in-hand with local councils to submit planning applications, acquire land for development and secure the private sector investment needed to get work underway as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As your trusted partner, we will guide you through every stage, helping to ensure that the regeneration of your local towns and cities goes ahead efficiently – with no time, resources or funds wasted.
An interactive guide
This toolkit is intended to be an interactive guide to support officers through the due diligence steps required to take a potential development opportunity from inception to the final business case, from subsidy control, procurement, planning and construction to standard property due diligence, which we recommend is carried out on all schemes before proceeding to business case approval. The toolkit can be used to document and evidence the steps that you have taken.
Accompanying webinar guidance
You will receive a webinar to accompany the toolkit which will provide you with guidance and helpful tips on which due diligence items should be considered for a particular scheme.
