Emma leads the firm’s real estate offering to local government. She acts as a strategic advisor who is known for delivering complex deals in a comprehensive no-nonsense fashion.
With over 16 years of experience, Emma has worked with boroughs and districts, counties and unitaries, London boroughs and combined authorities to deliver high profile and significant development and regeneration projects across the country. Her projects include town centre regeneration schemes in Stafford, Cannock, Stoke, Maidstone, Blackpool and Cheltenham often joining forces with the private sector to deliver a result for the client and using Leveling Up and Homes England grant monies.
She has worked with authorities to deliver procurement and subsidy compliant housing, commercial, mixed use and green schemes to satisfy nutrient neutrality planning requirements. Emma has a track record of delivering large scale infrastructure projects for the public sector, including rail, energy, battery and fibre.
