Course outline – International recruitment

For many organisations, international recruitment is crucial to ensuring that staffing needs are met and levels of care and service maintained. The purpose of this training is to ensure that employers who chose or need to go down this route are equipped and prepared to do so.

The hour-long training course takes delegates through the journey of international recruitment, looking at the process of applying for a sponsorship licence, the common pitfalls employers encounter and the associated costings. The session also looks at recent changes in immigration law and gives ample opportunity for questions and worked examples to bed down the learning.
