The package will include a 2-3 hour workshop providing relevant advice and guidance and practical examples to enable your Board Members and Executive Team to understand the implications of the new Regulatory Framework.
The workshop will cover:
- the key changes under the new Governance and Financial Viability Standard;
- the implications of the new Code of Practice;
- what “good governance” will look like under the new Standard;
- assessing risk and stress-testing; and
- includes a Q&A session (if it would help we can circulate some example questions beforehand to stimulate possible questions/issues).
A follow-up note outlining the feedback from the session and sharing ‘best practice’ from across all the sessions will also be provided.
The workshop can be delivered at your premises, or we can host this at our offices with the option of this being delivered as an ‘away day’ (we can arrange for further use of our offices for the remainder of the day).
We would be happy to work with you to deliver a training session which will be of real relevance and practical benefit to your Board Members and Executive Team.
If you have any questions about the new Regulatory Framework or would like to discuss how this training will benefit your organisation, please contact:
