Our original e-briefing on the case can be found here.
The Court of Appeal was due to hear the landlord’s appeal of the High Court’s decision last week, but the hearing was vacated and unfortunately adjourned until October.

We will be discussing this case at our Service Charge Update 2014 seminar on 12 June 2014.
