My role

I mostly work alongside registered providers and charities, helping them to acquire either completed dwellings or land for development for the provision of social housing. I specialise in all aspects of residential development and social housing. My commercial approach has resulted in a track record of getting large scale affordable housing deals across the line under tight time constraints.

My experience

I have over 10 years’ experience working with medium and large scale developers, registered providers and other not-for-profit organisations. My expertise lies in delivering residential development schemes for use as either social housing or for open market sale. I was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2014.

My specialisms

  • Golden brick and “off the shelf” development agreements
  • Land acquisitions by agreement or option
  • Residential development including site set up and shared ownership
  • Leasehold enfranchisement, collective enfranchisement and lease extensions (including statutory)
