My role
I am a solicitor in the construction department supporting public sector clients, not-for-profits and housing associations with a range of projects, disputes and funding applications. I also support clients to navigate the public procurement and subsidy control regimes.
My experience
Having trained at ACS, I understand the needs of our client base and the sectors they operate in. My training has spanned governance, commercial and property, enabling me to support clients through a number of key strategic challenges facing their organisation.
Key highlights include:
- Supporting a local authority to procure a £1.2bn highways maintenance contract, supporting mostly on the construction documents, but also assisting by attendance through a competitive dialogue process.
- Supporting a local authority with settling a £10m highway dispute.
- Assisting organisations with unlocking millions of pounds of funding.
