My role

I am an executive in the property charging team, leading the delivery of securitisation projects for a variety of national housing associations, including the charging of large portfolios of properties associated with bond issues, private placements, refinancing, and direct charging. My responsibilities include drafting certificates of title, leading the due diligence process and undertaking a variety of work connected to the charging process, such as varying section 106 agreements and advising on the acceptability of planning documents to lenders.

My experience

I have acted for an RP in connection with a £280 million public bond issue. I prepared a full certificate of title with associated due diligence for in excess of 9,400 properties – all of which were put into charge within three months of instruction.
