I am an associate in the commercial property team specialising in development, redevelopment and investment property projects for both the public and private sector. I act for local authorities and private/public partnerships in identifying properties for purchase and later on for development or investment.
I have extensive experience working in the local government sector, acting for local authorities and the public/private sector. I carry out and advise on the due diligence of potential development and regeneration sites for both residential and commercial development. I deal with S106 Agreements linked to the proposed development, advise on the property aspects of joint ventures collaborating with the corporate and governance team. I have particular experience in dealing with compulsory purchase acquisitions and advice regarding the procedure. I have acted for housing associations, developers and clients in the public sector, advising on investment property purchases and for acquisitions for redevelopment.
