I lead the HR function here at Anthony Collins Solicitors, providing strategic leadership support, guidance and advice on people issues across the firm, ensuring that we have the thriving workforce that we need. I provide leadership to office services, ensuring that the services provided meet the needs of the firm. I'm also an active member of the Central Management Team (CMT) heads of department team.
