Ben Bray

My role

I am a solicitor within the property team assisting charities, faith organisations and social businesses with various commercial property transactions. I deal with landlord and tenant-related matters acting for both landlord and tenant clients. I also assist with the property side of academy conversions for various academy trusts. I deal with other property-related work for academy trusts including, licences to occupy and short-term leases.

My experience

I have worked in residential and commercial conveyancing since 2016 before qualifying as a solicitor in December 2021. I previously worked in a local family-owned firm in the Black Country before joining Anthony Collins.
