My role

I deal with banking and finance matters, predominantly in the social housing sector.

My experience

I qualified as a solicitor in 1992.  I was a partner at two leading international commercial law firms earlier in my career, dealing with significant UK and cross-border financings.

I have dealt with a wide range of financial transactions over the years, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, working capital lines, private placements and listed bond issues.

I act for borrowers, lenders, developers and investors. This rounded experience allows me to see the perspectives of both sides on a transaction and to propose commercial solutions to the difficult issues which may arise on the deal.
