Course outline – Running effective investigations, grievance and disciplinary hearings (refresher)

The purpose of this training is to provide a half-day refresher course for delegates who have some experience in investigations and disciplinary hearings.

It is particularly useful for delegates who have previously attended our day long training. As with the extended session, this course is practical and interactive. It is tailored to your needs and requirements and with the help of a case study focuses on areas where more detail or attention is needed based on delegates’ experiences.

The half-day course is relevant for all staff who participate in investigations and disciplinary matters but would value additional training to extend current learning or to refresh previous learning. It assumes that all delegates will have experience and knowledge of participating in an investigation and/or disciplinary hearing.
