Aside from the COVID-19 pandemic, a key theme of 2020 has been diversity and inclusivity. This two-part update addresses this theme and does the following; outline the key legislative principles; examine recent case law; and discuss the practical implications and issues related to making a workforce diverse, inclusive and discrimination-free.
In addition, we also discuss other new legislation from the last 12 months including changes to employment contracts, other significant case law developments, as well as looking forward to what is due in the months to come, and in particular implications of COVID-19 and Brexit on the workforce.
