Course outline – Mock CVP Employment Tribunal hearing

The purpose of this Mock CVP training package is to equip attendees to prepare and participate in virtual hearings and to give an overview of the employment tribunal claim process more generally. Practical and interactive, the training is based on a recording of a fictional CVP hearing with commentary, advice, and training points.

The training is aimed at HR professionals who oversee tribunal cases and/or anyone in the organisation whose position may result in the need to attend a CVP as a witness. It is appropriate for organisations from any sector or size.

The training is four hours, including time for breaks and questions.
