Social distancing rules were carefully followed but didn’t prevent our amazing group of 41 people from Anthony Collins Solicitors and the UK Sepsis Trust collectively covering 245 miles on Sunday (26 April) – about nine and a half marathons!
We dedicated our exercise to the charity for the day, separately walking or running 2.6 miles (or multiple loops) as part of the 2.6 Challenge. Tenacity, suncream, dogs, chocolate buttons, masses of messages of encouragement from 6.45 am and huge smiles got us all to the end and in some cases even further as the enthusiasm overcame the pain!
All of this was in aid of the UK Sepsis Trust – one of our charity partners – which does fantastic work. So far we’ve raised over £2,200, but we’d love any extra support to take us beyond that total. You can donate via our JustGiving page.
