New rankings were achieved for Intellectual Property and IT in the Midlands, and for Charities, Social Housing Finance and Court of Protection in London.
Several lawyers also received praise in the list. The ‘Leading lawyers’ guide to outstanding lawyers nationwide named both Tony Hall and Rankeshwar Batta of the Private Legal Services team as ‘elite’ lawyers.
In addition, Alex Elphinston of the Private Legal Services team, David Alcock of the Governance and Commercial team, Matthew Gregson of the Employment and Organisational Effectiveness team and Shivaji Shiva of the Charities team were also named as new recommended lawyers.
Romaine Thompson, senior partner at Anthony Collins Solicitors, said: “We are so proud of everyone who has achieved a high ranking in this year’s Legal 500. All of our teams are committed to working to extremely high standards with a real concern for their clients and, in many cases, their service users; it is great to see hard work rewarded.”
