Sally joins the firm from Tyndallwoods Solicitors, where she was a partner for 26 years. She has worked in Children Law since the beginning of her career, with a particular specialism in Public Law childcare cases involving local authorities.
She joins a high-profile Family Law team at Anthony Collins Solicitors, with senior associate Jas Tamber leading the Birmingham Child Practitioners Group, and partner Alan Bean chairing the national Association of Lawyers for Children. Five solicitors in the team also sit on the Law Society specialist children’s panel.
Elizabeth Wyatt, partner at Anthony Collins Solicitors and head of the Family Law team, said: “Sally brings with her a wealth of experience and is extremely highly regarded within the family law field, due to her work representing some of the most vulnerable clients in her field. Her reputation for combining sensitivity with strong expertise will be a valuable asset to our child care team.”
Sally said: “I’m very pleased to be joining the team. Anthony Collins Solicitors has always been committed to representing the best interests of children and their families within the Family Court, so I’m looking forward to contributing to that great work.”
Chambers and Partners Guide 2012 describes Sally as being “held in high regard for her children law practice, and for her work on behalf of the most vulnerable clients.”
