Our annual employment law update will be held in two parts on 15 and 22 September 2020, 11.00 am – 12.30 pm. The sessions will be hosted on Zoom.
The event is being held over two sessions and you will be registering for both sessions. Once you have registered, we will send a Zoom link and password one week before each session.
Aside from the COVID-19 pandemic, a key theme of 2020 has been diversity and inclusivity. The update will address this theme and do the following;
- outline the key legislative principles;
- examine recent case law; and
- discuss the practical implications and issues related to making a workforce diverse, inclusive and discrimination-free.
In addition, we will also discuss other new legislation from the last 12 months including changes to employment contracts, other significant case law developments, as well as looking forward to what is due in the months to come, and in particular implications of COVID-19 and Brexit on the workforce.
