Hot-off-the-press CLH Toolkit
Our experience and expertise were recognised when we were appointed in 2017 by the Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (HACT) to draft the legal elements of a new online toolkit for community-led housing, aimed at local authorities and housing professionals, which launched on 9 May 2018!
CLT Developments
We are involved in a number of exciting projects including partnering projects with CLTs, Housing Associations and private landowners for the development of localised affordable housing.
NFTMO Conference 2018
We will be in Blackpool this year to sponsor the NFTMO conference and deliver workshops. We are looking forward to the new venue and spending the weekend with TMO members and fellow advisors.
Wessex Community Assets
We are working with Wessex Community Assets and a number of their members who are developing a number of CLT sites across Devon, Somerset and Dorset.
Southwark Council has voted unanimously to approve the land lease and funding agreements for 40 genuinely affordable new homes at Joseph Lancaster site, Borough, London.
