The Inside Housing article listed a wide variety of types of supported housing; and in our view housing associations should increase rents for all types mentioned. However housing associations need to be alert to the anticipated changes in legislation; and in particular ensure that the exemption does hit the statute book at the same time/before the requirement to implement rent decreases.
