My role

I am a legal assistant in the property team, specialising in local government and social housing development.

My experience

I have over five years of experience within residential and commercial property with a client base consisting of social housing providers, registered providers and charities. I have experience in social housing development including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, infrastructure agreements and plot sales.

I currently support the property team with a wide range of high-level development acquisition transactions.

I previously led the post-completion team for two years to manage pre-exchange, completions and post-completion work for the property department.

In 2022 I won the Paralegal of the Year Award with Birmingham Law Society for my continued contributions to ED&I within the firm.
