Solicitor in the employment and pensions team
My role
I am a solicitor in the employment and pensions department Anthony Collins; advising our clients across the housing, health and social care, charity and education sectors on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues.
My experience
I qualified into the employment and pensions department at Anthony Collins in February 2022 after completing my two-year training contract with the firm.
I support our clients on defending claims at the employment tribunal, and have experience of acting for claimants as well. I help manage the employment aspects of corporate transactions for our clients and give advice on the complexities of TUPE as and when required. I am able to advise on a wide range of employment issues from settlement agreements, terms and conditions of employment, dismissal procedures, HR policies/procedures, national minimum wage, restrictive covenants, long term sickness management, and much more.
