Madeline is a solicitor in the private client sector, specifically in the personal planning management team. She advises on a wide range of Court of Protection matters including deputy applications for both professional deputies and prospective lay deputies, statutory will applications, sale, and purchase of property applications as well as providing general advice in relation to the Court of Protection.
Madeline has completed a training contract with the firm prior to qualifying and completed seats in property, family, wills and probate. This provides her with a solid foundation for her Court of Protection work.
