Lindsey Bohanna
Legal director
Legal director in the personal planning team
My role
Lindsey is a legal director in the personal planning team, dealing with the administration of estates and trusts. She also specialises in the drafting of wills and lasting powers of attorney.
Lindsey has over 20 years of experience dealing with all aspects of private client work and has particular expertise in dealing with the administration of estates. During her work, she encounters families going through one of the most difficult times of their lives, following the death of a loved one. She, therefore, treats her clients with empathy, understanding and provides a friendly, yet professional approach so they can feel at ease and supported throughout the process.
Lindsey’s work also involves advising clients with regards to the preparation of their wills and she provides clear advice on the various options available so that they can make their own informed decisions as to what suits their individual circumstances and needs. She offers advice on the best way to mitigate inheritance tax and how to protect assets for future generations.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) both of which are leading the standards for private client lawyers.
