My role
I am a senior associate in the corporate litigation team advising and representing clients on a broad range of commercial and property-related disputes.
My experience
I have extensive and wide-ranging experience in commercial and property-related litigation matters, advising clients through all stages of the process from providing the initial advice to managing claims on their behalf. As well as providing the necessary legal advice, I aim to provide clients with sound commercial advice.

The Court of Appeal has recently handed down judgment in the case of Davies v Bridgend County Borough Council [2023] EWCA Civ 80, in which an earlier ruling, that diminution in value of property in case of Japanese knotweed nuisance amounts to an irrecoverable economic loss, was overturned.
