Trainee solicitor in the regulatory team

My role

I am a trainee solicitor in the regulatory team primarily advising clients in the health and social care, housing, charities and education sectors.

My experience

I joined Anthony Collins upon completing my LLB in law with Canadian Law at The University of Nottingham. I worked as a legal assistant in the matrimonial team, assisting on matters including divorce, finances, domestic violence and private childcare arrangements.

I am in my final seat of my training contract, having previously completed seats in housing management, private client and court of protection.

In my current role, I assist in supporting clients on a range of regulatory issues including with inquests, various types of health and safety advice, criminal investigations and matters involving regulators such as the CQC, Ofsted and HSE.
