Carl is a solicitor specialising in Court of Protection matters.
He works with the firm’s professional deputies to manage the financial affairs of those who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. He also advises and assists individuals on a range of applications to the Court of Protection to appoint new deputies and trustees, and put statutory wills in place.
Carl works with a wide range of individuals, including those who have sustained brain injuries, have learning difficulties, or people living with dementia.
