Senior associate
Senior associate in the personal planning team
My role
I am a senior associate in the personal planning department. My work focuses primarily on the administration of estates. However, I often advise clients in relation to planning elements, through the use of lasting powers of attorney and wills.
My experience
I have over 10 years’ experience in dealing with the administration of estates, from simple estates through to complex matters involving overseas assets, missing beneficiaries, businesses and intestacies. I understand that for a lot of people, this will be the first time they have ever had to deal with anything of this nature and I appreciate that a compassionate but dedicated approach is key to supporting clients during this difficult time.
I recently completed my qualification via Essay Route to become a fully qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). I also have wide-ranging experience in preparing wills for clients to suit their circumstances while always keeping in mind the overall objectives of what the client wants to achieve for their families.
I will shortly be working towards becoming a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners to build on my existing knowledge.
My specialisms
- Estate administration
- Trust administration
- Drafting lasting powers of attorney
- Drafting of wills of varying complexity
