My role
I was admitted as a solicitor in 2015, having completed my training contract with Anthony Collins Solicitors. I specialise in relationship breakdowns (including divorce, financial remedy and cohabitee matters), domestic abuse and Children Act matters. I work closely with the partner and senior associates within my team to offer clients a cost effective and collaborative service.
My experience
I work on a variety of matters, with a broad range of clients, and assist both privately paying individuals as well as those entitled to legal aid. I have experience in property matters as well as wills, estate planning and probate matters, which provides me with a unique point of view when dealing with matters relating to relationship breakdowns and how the areas influence and affect each other. I have recently had success in applying for, and obtaining, exceptional funding on behalf of an individual who lacks litigation capacity, having been appointed by the official solicitor to act on their behalf.
My specialisms
- Divorce and separation
- Matrimonial finances
- Children Act applications
- Domestic abuse
