My role
I am a solicitor in the personal planning and management department, specialising in Court of Protection matters.
I work with the firm’s professional deputies to manage the financial affairs of individuals who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. I work with a range of individuals, including those who have sustained brain injuries, have learning difficulties, or people that are living with dementia.
I also advise and assist individuals on a range of applications to the Court of Protection, including the appointment of new deputies or trustees.
My experience
In addition to Court of Protection work, I also have experience in family litigation and am driven by helping people during difficult times of their lives.
During my training, I also dealt with employment issues (contentious and non-contentious), as well as governance and commercial matters.
My specialisms
- Court of Protection - property and finance
