My role

I am an executive within the private client team. I specialise in matrimonial law relating to the breakdown of relationships. I regularly advise clients about matters arising following separation for married couples, those in civil partnerships and co-habiting couples. I regularly appear in court about financial and children proceedings.

I am currently on maternity leave.

My experience

I have been assisting clients affected by relationship breakdowns for over eight years. I graduated as a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2014.

"I would like to thank you for all your hard work, professionalism, promptness and attentive care given to my case. I will highly recommend you and if I need to use a solicitor in the future for my custody matter, I will definitely get in touch." Ms J

My specialisms

  • Pre and post nuptial agreements, divorce and judicial separation proceedings, and dissolution of civil partnerships
  • Financial proceedings, negotiating settlements and drafting financial consent orders
  • Children Act Proceedings
  • TLATA proceedings, drafting “living together” agreements and separation agreements
Raising awareness for cohabiting couples

Married couples or civil partners have the right for their needs to be considered by the court following the breakdown of the relationship and as such the law provides protection for married couples to achieve a fair financial outcome.
