Launching our 2022 annual housing management update webinars, this first session will focus on the new Renters Reform Bill proposals to abolish Section 21 notices and the use of any fixed-term assured tenancies in the social and private rented housing sector. It will cover changes proposed to the possession process and the grounds for possession and the main points to be aware of as we wait for legislation to be introduced.
