It is now a year since Anthony Collins were appointed to the inaugural YPO Legal Services Framework, which provides legal services to public sector bodies including local authorities.
Appointed over 10 lots – General Litigation; General Conveyancing / Routine Property; General Contracts, Commercial & IT; Planning, Compulsory Purchase, Highways & Environmental; major or complex projects; Local Government Law and corporate governance; employment law and pensions; commissioning and procurement training (including for YPO suppliers); legal training– the team are enjoying working alongside YPO delivering excellent service to those organisations that are using the new framework.
Matthew Gregson, local government sector lead, comments: “We are delighted to be one of the six firms appointed to the first iteration of the YPO framework and we have had a strong first year on it. The appointment reflects the firm’s expertise in the public sector and our commitment to improving the lives of individuals, communities and society as well as to excellence and innovation. It is a crucial time for local government and the framework provides a user-friendly way for local authorities to access legal support”.
