In this first webinar, we are delighted to be joined by the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE), a leading voice working across different disciplines and sectors to shape and support better safeguarding at both national and local levels. We will explore mental capacity, refreshing on key principles and beginning to delve into more complex, real-life scenarios, such as how to respond when an individual repeatedly makes decisions that may increase potential risks despite advice and support.
