Michael BrownleeTrainee solicitor
Trainee solicitor in the employment and pensions team
I am a trainee solicitor at Anthony Collins Solicitors. I am currently in my third seat in the employment and pensions team, where I work on contentious and non-contentious matters with clients across our social housing, education, and health and social care sectors.
My first seat was with our property development team where I undertook freehold and leasehold conveyancing and advisory work for our clients, as well as acting for them in right-to buy-sales.
My second seat was with our housing management team, where I mainly advised our social housing landlord clients on issues ranging from rent, service charges and tenancy agreements to homelessness and regeneration. I was also involved in acting for respondents in service charge challenge disputes at the tribunal.
