Michael a senior associate in the banking and finance team advising both borrower and lender clients with (primarily) debt finance, project finance and development finance arrangements spanning the social housing, social care, social business and charity sectors.

He has over 12 years’ experience in the UK financial services and banking sectors having held senior roles in both private practice law firms and within lending institutions. His current practice sees him advising a wide range of borrower and lender clients on their borrowing/funding needs and project managing high value, complex funding transactions spanning (inter alia) new facilities, the amendment/restatement of existing facilities, variations to existing facilities, bond issues, bond taps, private placements, corporate restructures and inter/intra group funding arrangements.

Michael is a pragmatic and commercially astute social purpose lawyer with a wealth of banking / finance experience across various sectors.
